Kirsty Snowsell

With over 15 years experience teaching dance, Kirsty has studied her way through the disciplines of Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre, HipHop, Irish, African, Latin, Ballroom and almost any genre of dance imaginable. 

Her love of dance matched with a strong desire to study teaching was first mentored under the expert tutelage of Renee Skeoch of the Backstage Dance Co. She furthered her studies through "The Art of Teaching" with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet and went on to a teaching career that led her to where she is today.

Kirsty has taken her foundations in dance and built upon it a specialized education to accommodate the needs of postpartum women as well as your littlest dancers, your children. She has passion, knowledge and experience to provide you classes filled to the brim with humour, hard-work, safe practices and mad, mad dance skills!

Following the birth of her daughter, she opened "Snowsellberryhead Productions" which provided Saskatoon's highest quality and dynamic programming available to young family amidst the first five years of life. She believes that physical fitness imparts well-being into the rest of a Woman's life and had the pleasure of dancing until the 36th week of her last pregnancy and delivered a beautiful, healthy son two weeks later.

After a short much needed break to focus on her family she is returning to continue on the great Snowsellberryhead dance adventure with you!
