Registration Policies

Please read through our class policies prior to registration. Thank you!

Class cancellation due to low enrollment While we endeavor to run every class at the advertised times and locations, The Dance Shack Inc. reserves the right to cancel a class at a certain time/location, before the start date, due to low enrollment. If we have to cancel a class, participants already registered for that specific time/location will be given the opportunity to transfer their registration to another satisfactory time/location, or failing that, a full refund.

Registration Cancellation Registrations canceled before the first class are subject to a $25 fee. No refunds are given after the first class, however, we will issue credit valid for 6 months from the start date of the canceled class. No credits will be granted after the second class.

Make-up Classes We offer one (1) makeup class per session to accommodate for absence. It can be made up during the subsequent session or at another location. Please email us to make arrangements for your make-up class.

Guest/Free Trial Classes At some point you may want to invite a guest to view or participate in the class. Please follow this procedure when inviting guests to a class:

1. Let your instructor know ahead of time you will be inviting a guest to the class. If this guest would like to participate in the class please have them contact The Dance Shack Inc. so we can give them class information. All guests participating in a class must sign a waiver before class commences.
2. Please introduce your guest to your instructor so she knows who the person watching the class is.
3. Please note that The Dance Shack Inc. has the right to deny guest entry into any class.

NSF Cheques There will be a $30 fee for NSF cheques.
